Rob was born and raised in Chesterfield, Derbyshire.

After studying photography at Nottingham Trent University, he went on to work as first assistant to fashion photographer & BAFTA nominated film maker Elaine Constantine for a number of years before venturing out on his own.

He has shot portraits, covers, campaigns, and has been commissioned for the likes of:
